Homosexuality - The Untold Story

From The Catholic Education Resource Center

Motorola actively promotes a similar agenda through mandatory “homophobia” workshops and homosexual sex-ed courses. One employee told author David Limbaugh that “this push is causing a great deal of tension among employees and the ‘quiet anger’ of some who disapprove of the homosexual lifestyle because of their religious beliefs.”

Episodes such as these are happening by the hundreds across America, every day of the week. According to medical, social science and especially legal experts, what is being called “diversity” is actually a dangerous new movement by a small group of activists to make the homosexual lifestyle appear as normal and healthy as the heterosexual lifestyle, even if that means deliberately hiding any information to the contrary.

“The media or major health organizations communicate none of the serious medical and psychiatric problems associated with homosexuality,” said Dr. Richard Fitzgibbons, a psychiatrist from West Conshohocken, who has practiced child and adult psychiatry for more than 20 years.

For instance, a 1997 Canadian study done in Vancouver shows the life span of gay men to be similar to what it was in 1871. The study estimates that one-half of all gay and bisexual men currently aged 20 will not reach their 65th birthday.

Two recent studies published in the American Medical Association Archives of General Psychiatry confirm the existence of a strong link between homosexuality and suicide, as well as other mental and emotional problems. Forty percent of people with same-sex attraction were sexually abused as children. Relationship violence is as high as 44 percent among gay men and 55 percent among lesbian couples.

“This is the truth that no one will speak,” said Fitzgibbons, “This is the truth that is not spoken in any of the diversity weeks they have in colleges or high schools. Students are made to think the homosexual lifestyle is exactly the same as the heterosexual lifestyle and all the major research coming out today shows that it’s not the same. ? But they are specifically choosing to ignore this research because the issue is political correctness, not science.”

Any one who has been through anti-racism training knows that this sort of thing is propaganda and brain-washing.  I well remember my first “training” session in the Army in the 1970’s when we were taught that blacks could never be raciest.

See they developed a definition that linked racial bigotry to power.  They then said that society wide whites had power and blacks didn’t so blacks could never be raciest.
I tuned out that class, but in every anti-racism class I had after that time: state government and TEC, the same definition was used.

Same technique here.

A former employer of mine required us to take an annual online “diversity” course along with online courses in ethics and conflict of interest. One would think that the lies and propaganda promoted in the “diversity” course would run afoul of the company’s professed ethical standards, but it appears “political correctness” trumps everything else in this day and age.

No doubt leftist activists are deeply involved and yes I recall mandatory diversity training and hated every second of it.  But, at least in the corporate world, the underlying reason for the training was to fend off discrimination lawsuits being aided and abetted by the Justice Department.  Such suits were, and still are, very expensive and damaging to the company which is hit with them.

Warren:  No doubt, much of the anti-discrimination training is done for legal risk-management purposes.  But I do suspect that some of the pro-gay “diversity training” is done to burnish the corporate image with gay activists who hold significant power over these corporations in that they can accuse Corporation X of being “anti-gay” and know that the media-entertainment industrial complex will be sure to publicize any such accusations.

Scripture, Science and Statistics stand in unified witness against the Political Correct stance, that homosexuality is another alternative normal, a separate race, a true and fixed orientation, that sexual gratification is an entitlement, a basic human need and a way to fulfillment, freedom, peace, ecstasy and social utopia.

The truth, reality, actual facts are far more grim and macabre.  More than forty times the incidence of AIDS and the highest rates of all other STDs.  Violence (gays against gays), disease, suicide, mental health issues increasing, not decreasing, in the most tolerant environments.

Three great sources for the truth about homosexuality from Scripture, Science and Statistics:

Dale O’Leary has posted a number of very well-written articles here:

Videos by the Rev. Dr. David Kyle Foster, (TESM graduate), including Dr. Robert Gagnon, are here:

Stanton Jones, Wheaton psychology professor, has written a definitive scientific study: which is available on PDF here:

NARTH ( is another source for truth and help for same-sex attraction and se xual disorientation.  Dr. Joseph Nicolosi, one of the founders of NARTH, has spent over 30 years ministering to males with same-sex attraction.  His latest book, Shame and Attachment Loss, is very helpful to understanding the roots of same-sex attraction.

Sexual deviancy - homo, bi, and hetero-sexual promiscuity, etc. are unhealthy and a sign of distress, pain and hunger for love that sex cannot ever satisfy.  The further you get from heterosexual monogamy, the more unhealthy our lives, bodies and minds become.

Life, events and people fail, harm and shape us - GOD (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) loves, heals and restores us to Himself.
